This fast and accurate filler is ideal for viscose liquids as well as filling into open containers. The design allows for sub-surface fills.

Overview

The PF20-CA is an extremely versatile liquid filler that can easily handle both thin and very viscose liquids. The design allows for bottom-up, subsurface fills. Accuracies of +/- 0.5 % are typical for most products.

These inline fillers can be customized to suit any size container or conveyor length. Container sizes from 1.0 ml to 4L can be accommodated. High quality wear free design ensures millions of cycles of carefree operation.

  • Fully automatic filler can be configured to operate 1 nozzle or up to 12 nozzles. Most machines are built with the ability to add nozzles in the future should demand increase.
  • Fully configurable stepper driven nozzle dive / lift system that can be setup to fully dive for foam free (sub-surface) filling or as a partial dive with just a touch on the control panel screen.
  • Micrometer volume adjustments ensure each pump can be precisely dialled in.
  • Large 8″ touch screen display
  • Bottle size memory for recipe calling to minimize changeover times

This fast and accurate filler is ideal for foamy products as well as filling into open containers.  The design allows for sub-surface profiled fills.

Overview

The MP90NG-CA is an extremely versatile liquid filler that can easily handle both thin and viscose liquids. The design allows for bottom-up, subsurface fills along with a microprocessor controlled profiled filling rate, making this an ideal choice for filling foamy products. Accuracies of +/- 0.5 ml are typical for most products.

These inline fillers can be customized to suit any size container or conveyor length. Container sizes from 10 ml to 10 L can be accommodated.

Side Belt Drive Semi-Automatic Erector & Pack Station (SPM-563)

The SPM-563P allows one person to form, pack and seal cartons in one operation. The operator opens the flat carton and places it into the erector.  The machine folds the bottom flaps ready for packing. After packing, the operator presses the footswitch or pushbutton. The machine automatically pushes the carton into a case sealer, saving time and labour costs.

Artel  was a well established Canadian manufacturer of quality labelers for a number of decades.They closed shop in 2007 at which time Speedway Packaging Machinery bought the rights to their product line.Despite their age, there are still hundreds of their machines in service today and we still support Artel labelers where possible.Some parts are in stock however proprietary circuit boards in this equipment means IC board problems are typically not repairable.
