This is an economical automatic fill-to-level machine that can easily be expanded as your business grows. This fill to level machine ensures the level in each bottle is the same regardless of variations in bottle volume.
The LF90CA is a proven workhorse with hundreds in service today. Containers are automatically transferred on a conveyor in and out of the machine. Bottle positioning and cycling of the machine is controlled by a PLC receiving bottle counts from sensors. As long as bottles are in place and product is in the tank, this machine will continue to fill bottles automatically.
Nozzles are easily spaced out when dealing with different diameter bottles or can even be swapped if bottle openings have large variations. The machine has an option of either a centrifugal pump (ideal for non-viscose liquids) or a positive displacement pump (high viscose liquids). These inline fillers can be customized to suit any size container or conveyor length. Container sizes from 100 ml to 10 L can be accommodated.
