Front, Back & Wrap Labeler (PL-622W)

This fully automatic front, back and wrap labeler has exceptional  flexibility, speed and dependability.

Overview

The PL-622-W front, back and wrap labeler is suitable for a variety of product shapes. It allows for one- or two-sided labeling, using a touch screen control system for user-friendly, high-speed, accurate labeling.  The PL-622W can also apply wrap labels on round bottles, making it an extremely versatile machine.

Castors and threaded leveling feet are installed on the chassis for greater mobility.

An optional printer can be mounted for on this labeler to print your dynamic information.

The PL-622W  allows for easy and quick changeovers for reliable label positioning. It is very flexible and can take on on most labelling jobs including front and back labelling and wrap labeling.  This is the ideal choice for copackers and companies with a large variety of containers. It has easy and fast adjustment for reliable label positioning

Accuracy

Fast, accurate labeling combined with a wrap station make this a very versatile machine. The machine’s integrated missing label detection prevents mislabeling. The PL622W has convenient synchronized speed selections and a two-phase micro stepper motor drive for accuracy.

Productivity

The touch screen control delivers fast, easy set-up, and the machine ensures fast labeling speeds with a small footprint. You can set the label position with the touch of a button – no need to adjust the sensor – and the integrated programmable counter can be programmed to automatically stop the machine when the chosen pre-set level is reached.

Practicality

The PL622W has a stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction. The machine has 30 memory slots to store labeling parameters for future use. The built-in operation manual and instructions makes training efficient. Also, casters can be added to adjustable leveling feet, allowing the machine to be easily repositioned.
