Overview

The PF20-CA is an extremely versatile liquid filler that can easily handle both thin and very viscose liquids. The design allows for bottom-up, subsurface fills. Accuracies of +/- 0.5 % are typical for most products.

These inline fillers can be customized to suit any size container or conveyor length. Container sizes from 1.0 ml to 4L can be accommodated. High quality wear free design ensures millions of cycles of carefree operation.

Features

Fully automatic filler can be configured to operate 1 nozzle or up to 12 nozzles. Most machines are built with the ability to add nozzles in the future should demand increase.
Fully configurable stepper driven nozzle dive / lift system that can be setup to fully dive for foam free (sub-surface) filling or as a partial dive with just a touch on the control panel screen.
Micrometer volume adjustments ensure each pump can be precisely dialled in.
