START-UP AND TRAINING
Each time a customer purchases a new machine from Speedway Packaging Machinery, we offer start-up and training. We also recommend undertaking a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for new equipment. This gives customers the opportunity to confirm that everything meets with their expectations before the equipment leaves our shop. This is also an ideal time for operators and maintenance staff to be trained on the equipment by one of our certified technicians. Our technicians can also travel to your facility to start up the machine properly and train all your employees. This ensures your investment operates at maximum efficiency.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
Our certified technicians can service or repair your existing Speedway equipment, and are available to walk through issues by phone, email or web conference. If this does not take care of the issue, our technician will travel to your facility to fix it in person. Speedway is committed to resolving any issues you may be having.
