AUTOMATIC CAP TIGHTENER (CT90-CA)
This is an economical automatic chuck style cap tightener. It is extremely versatile with numerous standard and custom chucks and liners available.
The Speedway CT90-CA is an automatic cap tightener designed for applications where caps must be hand-applied prior to tightening or retorqued after induction sealing. It is suitable for glass, plastic, and metal containers, delivering consistent and accurate torque control to a preset specification. The system accommodates all continuous thread caps, including child-resistant closures.
Multiple configurations are available to suit your production requirements—from starwheel systems for small or difficult-to-handle bottles to multi-head chuck designs for higher-speed operations.
All components, from the conveyor to the custom grippers, are manufactured in-house at our Canadian facility. This allows us to fully customize and optimize each machine to meet your specific application needs.
