The Speedway CT90 is a versatile semi-automatic cap tightener designed to deliver consistent, reliable torque for manually applied caps. Built to handle glass, plastic, and metal containers, it easily accommodates a wide range of continuous thread closures—including child-resistant caps.

The CT90 features a universal bottle guide that precisely centers round, square, rectangular, and uniquely shaped containers for consistent results. A multi-disc slip clutch ensures accurate, repeatable torque on every cap.

Fully air-operated with integrated bottle sensing, the CT90 is simple to use and highly efficient. Quick changeovers between container sizes can be completed in minutes, while cycle speeds of up to 25 containers per minute keep production moving.
