Overview

The MP90NG-CA is an extremely versatile liquid filler that can easily handle both thin and viscose liquids. The design allows for bottom-up, subsurface fills along with a microprocessor controlled profiled filling rate, making this an ideal choice for filling foamy products. Accuracies of +/- 0.5 ml are typical for most products.

These inline fillers can be customized to suit any size container or conveyor length. Container sizes from 10 ml to 10 L can be accommodated.

Fully automatic filler can be configured to operate 1 nozzle or up to 12 nozzles. Most machines are built with the ability to add nozzles should demand increase.
Fully configurable stepper driven nozzle dive / lift system that can be setup to fully dive for foam free (sub-surface) filling or as a partial dive with just a touch on the control panel screen.
