Overview

FBW systems use load cell technology to measure and control the fill weight of each container. Product is dispensed in a controlled two-stage process, allowing for efficient bulk filling followed by a precise final top-off.These systems can be configured for manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic operation depending on production requirements. They are commonly used for filling containers ranging from small jugs to large totes and can accommodate a variety of product types, including liquids, viscous products, and products containing particulates.

System layouts can include single filling stations or multi-head configurations, with integration options for conveyors and downstream equipment to support complete packaging lines.
