The SPM-563P Case Erector & Pack Station is a compact, pneumatic-driven solution designed to streamline manual carton forming and packing operations. The SPM-563P integrates carton erecting, packing, and transfer into one ergonomic workstation. The operator places a flat carton into the machine, where a pneumatic system automatically folds the bottom flaps into position.
After packing, the operator activates the system via footswitch or pushbutton, triggering a pneumatic pusher that transfers the carton directly into a downstream case sealer or conveyor system—minimizing handling and improving line flow.
